The theme of love flows from beginning to end in LIGHT OF TRUTH: A Love Journey. It is an encouragement to be the love that you seek. In spite of the fact that real Love is not always easy and often confused; tainted by an illusion of beauty, success and value. Accepting our human limitations, while embracing the gift of abundant life is an extraordinary awareness. When true love is embraced it is a life altering evolution. To quote the Two Listeners who wrote the devotional, God Calling: "A consciousness of My Presence as Love makes all Life different.” by Kat L. Roberton
The poetry in LIGHT OF TRUTH: A Love Journey is an invitation to begin a dialogue about Love. Asking the question, what is love; it explores physical attraction and the exciting anticipation and endless possibilities of a new relationship. The challenge of identifying “true” love and the discovery of unrequited affection, ultimately lead to a spiritual realization, which brings about an inward examination and self-reflection. The appreciation of life, siblings, children, parents, memories and self-awareness are each explored. Light of Truth: A Love Journey scrutinizes the universal quest for love then arrives at an illuminating conclusion, revealing the author's own unique understanding of the enigma of love.
LIGHT OF TRUTH: A Love Journey will speak to anyone who has ever loved or desires to be in love. Love is universal, the human need and desire for love overwhelming; yet, it is the one thing that eludes so many. It is expressed in every language through song, story, art and movement, singing of its beauty, passion, joy and pain. It is a human health requirement as crucial as air and water. To understand true love is to fathom the power of the universe; to fathom the power of the universe is to understand the true love of Christ
