Light on the Pathby Mabel C. Collins
The first edition of this book was published in 1885, and on its title page it was described as 'A treatise written for the personal use of those who are ignorant of the Eastern Wisdom and who desire to enter within its influence.' The book is said to be of very ancient origin, written in an archaic form of Sanskrit. In its present form it was given through Mabel Collins, a member of The Theosophical Society in England, who at one time collaborated with H. P. Blavatsky in the editorship of the magazine Lucifer.

On the surface this book appears to be,sentence for sentence, word for word, none sense. Actually, quite the opposite. this book is intended to be read so the reader can gain their own level of insights and each time they progress through out life they come back and read it again to see how far they have come. Consider it as a reading between the lines sort of book. If you are serious about inner workings of any type, be they meditation, dream interpretation, you will want to seriously consider getting this book. About half way through the book you are given an explanation as to why the first part of the book was written as it was intended by the author, so cryptic. I give this book 5 stars because it's a book that actually shows you were your at in your life in terms of inner development, and so few books can actually do that these days.
But theres allready one ther
