    The Best Book on Yoga

    This is the best book on Yoga from the man that reinvented Hatha Yoga in the world. B.K.S. Iyengar is 82 as of this writing and continues to refine the material in this book. However, as a foundation for Yoga practice and study, this book has no peer. It has helped me more than I can say. I recommend it to anyone studying any form of Yoga.

    A Must-Have for Serious Yoga Students!

    A comprehensive guide to the art of yoga that will take you through a lifetime of practice. Contains an extensive compilation of asanas, from easy to extremely difficult, as well as a guide to pranayama, and a helpful index so you can look up poses for specific ailments or weaknesses. The introduction explains the philosophy behind yoga and offers an inspiring way to live. This book is absolutely essential for all serious yoga students!
