Lilias joyful personality and caring gentle ways are as apparent in this book as they were on tv in the 70s. I am very glad to have read it. I suggest you not buy it as an ebook though. Some types of books do better as real objects. This has many wonderful photos of older people doing yoga. I will read parts of it many times. Excellent subtle linking of spirit and body. Excellent insistence on yoga as practice of self awareness. Inspiring to me as i try to become more fit and healthy
