Good info but online references don't contain much information!

This book is excellent in explaining LLCs, but they reference a lot of online material that is not available. For example, one web page referenced just says "We are still collecting this data and we promise (cross our hearts!) that it will be up shortly." I don't understand how a book can be released with references to online material that doesn't exist yet, it's like releasing a book that isn't even complete.

Overall, though, it's a good book and offers a quite comprehensive view.
