THE ONLY BOOK YOU NEED TO OPEN A LLC COMPANY

I have several other books I bought about how to set-up and run my own business. If I had bought this book first I could have saved a lot of money. This book gave me everything I need to know with clear instructions on who to contact also web addresses and mail addresses. This book will give you step-by-step instructions and if you follow it I think you will find it a quick and painless operation. It will walk you through writing a business plan to writing your contracts with your partners and filing all the paperwork with the right offices and it covers all 50 states. So take my word for it and start with this book and save the extra money for running your business or inventory or some thing else you need.
