Editorial Reviews

From Barnes & Noble
Linda McCartney was an outspoken advocate for a meatless diet, and her bestselling cookbooks, including Linda McCartney's Home Cooking and Linda's Kitchen, have inspired home cooks everywhere to introduce meatless dishes into their repertoires. In her final book, Linda McCartney on Tour, McCartney takes readers on a world tour of vegetarian cooking, sharing both recipes she sampled in her years of travels and favorite dishes cooked at home. The recipes are wonderfully broad in the territory they cover -- from Mexican Pinto Bean Dip to Japanese Seaweed and Cucumber; from African Plantain and Corn Soup to Indian Chickpea Roast; from Dutch Apple Pancakes to French Chocolate Souffl├ęs. Most are quite simple to make, and draw on fresh seasonal produce, grains, legumes, soy products, and flavorful herbs and spices to create dishes that sacrifice none of their appeal for their lack of meat.

    Great recipes

I'm not much of a fan of cooking but these recipes, along with their corresponding photos, are really inspirational and ultimately delicious.
