Mark Moore was born in Chicago, Illinois, in 1978. He moved to Florida when he was 7 years old.

Mark grew up on 1980s cartoons and, in the late 1990s, discovered anime, which has been his obsession ever since.

In his free time (meaning when not writing or working as a retail clerk), Mark enjoys watching anime, superhero movies, action heroine movies, and various cartoons. He also plays video games and fan-edits films.
