Generally a decent volume, but the authors might want to hire a pfrordeoar or publish it anonymously. Several incorrect answers to review questions. This is supposed to be a HELP book for Certification, when the answers are so blatantly incorrect it casts a suspect eye on the rest of the work. I wish I had an alternative to recommend but I've only just begun the course.
