A Great book for running a cross-generational workforce

Liquid Leadership is more than a catchy title. I think this book is a must for any manager whose subordinates are a generation or two away from him. The company I used to run, as a Boomer, had a wide range of ages among its employees, and I was constantly confounded by the behavior of X-Gens, Y-Gens, Millenials, and the whole alphebetical soup of kids that I couldn't figure out. Brad Szollose does a great job of focusing on the intergenerational issues that can bog down a team. His engaging writing style is matched by his success in founding a cutting edge company. But it is more than just a book about management; it is a work that helps the executive through the thickets of modern technology, and its opportunities, as well as its pitfalls. I am a Woodstock guy who has happily embraced the age of wikipedia, but it helps to have a book like this to make my embrace of the new more productive. I wish I had read this book when I was running my company.

A must read for today's Entrepreneurs!!!

A refreshing book about real leadership. Many of the tools explained in this book do work. It has already drastically improved the vibe around our office as well as the productivity, but most importantly the morale! Highly recommended.
