Editorial Reviews

Fielder, with the assistance of Frederick H. Jones, has written this technical guide for undergraduates in architecture, engineering, and interior design who eventually will design spaces that others will build. They discuss light and its psychology before turning to the nuts and bolts of different lighting solutions, their components and design. Each chapter includes design problems and a list of study questions; a glossary of terms is provided. Annotation c. Book News, Inc., Portland, OR (booknews.com)
