Meet the Author

Melanie Richardson Dundy received her education in English Literature from Southern Illinois University and the
University of Iowa. She was contracted by Grant County, Oregon to write FORESTS FOR ALL, a book explaining to children the importance of forests and forest management. The book was nominated for the 2010 Arbor Day Foundation Media Award. While living in Houston, Texas, she had several articles published in the Houston Chronicle.

    Beautiful Illustrations!

    My kids love this book in hardcover, so I am happy to finally see it as an eBook. It's a fun story and the illustrations are absolutely gorgeous. Put a few books like this on an iPad and keep the kids busy on those long car trips!

    Love this book!!

    A funny, light and cheerful book. Read it to a neighbor's child and she was giggling all the time.
