The story of Atlantica, which was ruled by King Triton and Queen Athena, opens with the kingdom filled with music and happiness. When tragedy strikes and Queen Athena who loved music is lost, King Triton banishes music from the kingdom. This follows the mold of other stories that feature the not so sweet governess of Princess Ariel and her sisters. The governess is trying to replace Sebastian and make herself the King's Chief of staff. The plot thickens as Arielle, her sisters, and Sebastian all get caught enjoying music at a club. They pay for this violation of the Kings rule, but Ariel manages to set them free. How will it end? Will music be restored? Will Sebastian once again become the King's chancellor, and will happiness come back to this kingdom under the water? Movie fans and those who enjoy fairytale stories should enjoy this picture book.     Cute and fun

    My 3 year old daughter loves this book. The print is somewhat small but can easily be enlarged by tapping on it. It is best for kids with a longer attention span since it takes a minute or so to read each page.

    Mermaids

    This book is great me and my friends are mermaids and fairys i am not kidding we have seen are tails and we can breath under water and swim supperfast and we have seen are wings and we can fly this is true

    Recommend with reservations

    When I ordered another book it came with the read to me feature which my granddaughter loves. However, she also loves Ariel so she loved the book anyways.
