Meet the Author

Deanna McFadden is the author of several Classic Starts books, including Little Women, Frankenstein, and Grimm's Fairy Tales. She lives in Toronto, Canada.
 
Scott J. Wakefield graduated from Art Center College of Design and has worked as a freelance illustrator for national children's magazines and major publishers such as Scholastic and McGraw-Hill. His most recent picture books are A Crack in the Night (Story-Express) and Woodchuck Chuck (Envision Books). Scott lives with his family in Aurora, CO.
