Mark A. Reinecke, PhD,, is professor of psychiatry and behavioral sciences and chief of the division of psychology at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine. He is a distinguished fellow and past president of the Academy of Cognitive Therapy, a diplomat of the American Board of Professional Psychology, and a fellow of the American Psychological Association and the Association for Psychological Science.     REcommended

    When a long-winded self-help book doesn't fit the bill or the person, this is a great read and investment! All practical suggestions.

    an easy read

    not really so packed with great information, but I mainly bought it for it's cover. Love that mantra and have it all over my house. Did provide for a quick easy ready at the same time though.

    life changing

    I was going through a very difficult time and this little book really helped me to calm my worries. I like that I can take it with me and get some instant "worry relief". It is easy to read and the lessons worked for me. I love the title of the chapter "Worrying is highly over-rated"...this book proved it.
