I found Little Wolf Ranch an exciting romp through Texas. Magnolia Belle knows how to capture the essence of the 1800's, and knows how to drive a reader into her story, take them on a wild ride, then leave them wanting more. From page one I could not put this novel down. Five stars to a fantastic read. Shawn Weaver, Author Dragon's Chest

Reunited after twenty long years, Lanna Cooper and Liam O'Connell find that much has changed in each of their respective lives: both have grieved the loss of spouses, survived the toils of war, and endured the trials of single parenthood. Furthermore, Liam discovers that - in their time apart - Lanna bore him a son, Kuy Syan Joshua, who takes to Liam's sudden re-emergence with marked discomfort. Over the ensuing months and years, Liam and Lanna's families experience the joyous highs and dismal lows of blended family life, as they strive to move beyond the years of pain and strife into a unified vision of love, peace, and understanding. Poignant, gripping, and real, Little Wolf Ranch tugs at the heartstrings. In it, author Magnolia Belle introduces the reader to the very real struggles of a family struggling to overcome not only internal conflict, but the external pressures of an ever-changing society. Framed during the Civil and Indian Wars of the nineteenth century, Belle's moving tale highlights the depths of human suffering, while simultaneously showing the truly resilient nature of the spirit. As such, Little Wolf Ranch is an endearing story of loss, redemption, and the inimitable power of love. An impressive microcosm of humanity at its worst - and best - Little Wolf Ranch is sure to strike a deep chord in readers from all backgrounds. A highly recommended read. Linda Waterson Apex Reviews
