    Highly Recommended-easy, quick read for your health

    I bought this book 15 years ago and have been washing my fruit, veggies, even meats and chicken in the clorox soak/water rinse ever since. I also put my tap water under full spectrum lights. Can you imagine strawberries and blueberries lasting 3-4 weeks in the fridge; salad greens lasting 3 weeks too? !!! They do, and are as delicious as the day I bought them. Dr. Hazel Parcell's story in itself is so interesting. Gets you thinking about your health and simple ways to feel better and do better for yourself.
    I now buy several of this book a year and hand them out as gifts. Even if one doesn't follow any of the suggested methods, it's still a book that's worth reading beginning to end.
