    Doesn't get any better!

I'd give it 10 stars if I could. This record is so good, it makes me want to cry that I wasn't at the Chicago Blues Festival to see it live--especially knowing that it will never happen again.

    Pure Delight

This is one of the finest blues albums I've ever had the pleasure to listen to. Even though I never had the chance to be in Chicago for the '95 Festival, this live release drips with the late, great Luther's frenetic energy and fantastic guitar intensity. Add to that, what many compare in Luther's vocals to BB, and this recording resonates deeply in your blues soul. It also was a kick for me to be turned on to this artist thru my sister, who knew him personally and had a great personal anecdote to share about him at one of his concerts. Enjoy, blues-lovers for this is Pure Delight...
