    From Mike in Columbus, Ohio

'Live in the Moment' helped me through a rather bleak period after a split from a long-term relationship. Julie Clark Robinson's irrepressible spirit smashes through some emotional barriers which men and women alike encounter. The creative advice she dispenses is invaluable for dealing with just about any life crisis. I recommend this as a kind of a Hints from Heloise for the Heart, if you're still stymied by some adversity after other approaches have failed. Buy it, read it, use it...it's funny, uplifting, and it wokrs!

    Wonderful, Whitty and Wise!

This book is all about strategies and stories of living in the present. We have all had most of the experiences that the author has had. Her way of focusing on the positive aspects of negative situations is fantastic. It is a fast read ,with alot of great lessons. Can you tell I loved it!

'Live in the Moment' is a great feel-good read.....

I'm not the 'self-help' or 'personal growth' book kinda gal, but I found myself drawn to this book on a day when I was feeling rather blue. Low and behold, I found myself completely enjoying this funny, poignant book that offers simple steps to bring (or rather recognize) joy into your life. I've already put some of her suggestions to use (like wearing something fun and ridiculous to put a smile on your face) and guess what, they work! Think of it as the 'girlfriends guide to enjoying your life'. This would make a great gift for a girlfriend!

A millenium book everyone should have

I received this book as a xmas gift this year and it was one of the best things I received. Julie shares some great experiences and gives a whole new outlook on many things. I made time to read this and re read some parts that really reached out to me. This is especially great for moms, they can really relate or just anyone that has a rough day they need to work through
