This book came up on my phone as the daily deal. There was nothing whatsoever mentioned about religion, only living life in the now. I am a spiritual person but not religeous and I was truly bummed that it had so much religion in it. I was hoping for a more Eckhart Tolle feel to the book. Tried to have B&N take it back or credit me and they said no.

It is a good reminder of how life is for today. Yesterday is gone and tomorrow has not arrived yet. So live your life with gusto as each day comes.
