    Living Gluten-Free for Dummies

Since being diagnosed with Celiac Disease, this is the A+ most valuable book I've found regarding all aspects of the disease - not just the eating part.

I bought a copy for each of my three adult children and strongly urger them to read it, too.

"Dummies" books are easy and fun reading. This one is also so so informative!

    Highly Recommended

A friend suggested this book when I had to go gluten free. I highly recommend it. It explains what gluten is and what goes along with celiac disease and gluten intolerance or sensitivity. It tells you the affect it has on you not only physical but emotionally as well. It has very helpful tips on how to eat healthy gluten free. It introduces you to new gluten free foods and also gives tips on how to cook gluten free as well as how to order in a restaurant that is not 100% gluten free. The book is written in a way where you feel the author is talking directly to you. The author also directs you to websites with accurate information about being gluten free. I found them very helpful. This book has really helped me in my journey to start a new gluten free lifestyle.
