Since being diagnosed with Celiac Disease, this is the A+ most valuable book I've found regarding all aspects of the disease - not just the eating part.
I bought a copy for each of my three adult children and strongly urger them to read it, too.
"Dummies" books are easy and fun reading. This one is also so so informative!
