Prompt Yourself with Prayer
Create gratitude prayer prompters. With these prompts, you'll be able to incorporate gratitude prayers into your life by using common sensory information from daily living as a trigger to remind you to be grateful for what is right in front of you. Each time you come across these visuals, remind yourself to halt your thoughts for a minute and say a prayer of intentional thanksgiving.
Create your own prayer book. Cut out pictures from nature magazines of inspirational or spiritual scenes and paste them in a spiral notebook. Then add quotes and prayers to create your own inspirational prayer book. Leafing through it can remind you of what you are grateful for and remind you to give thanks in prayer.

I love to read books about gratitude. This journal is a great read and a useful tool. Sometimes it's difficult to be grateful about things, but Living Life as a Thank You: My Journal shares quotes and exercises to help incorporate thankfulness into daily life. Opening up eyes, causing them to see things in a different light. Not an easy task when the reader is a sarcastic pessimist with a chip on their shoulder, but somehow Nina Lesowitz and Mary Beth Sammons did it. Experts at being happy. Trust me. READ THIS BOOK
This book is a great way to change your attitude about what's going on around you and living life in a more positive and grateful way! Using this in the morning before you go about your day is a great way to totally revamp the way that you see your day and the people around you!
My Gratitude Daily Bible I am carrying “Living Life as A Thank You: My Journal” with me everywhere I go as it is helping me get through a rough patch in my life. I am learning to be more positive and grateful for all that I have and not focus on what I have lost or don’t have. I will now go back and order the authors’ other book, Living Life as a Thank You. This is my daily “gratitude bible” now. I give this my highest recommendation!
This book is a life-changer in the best possible way! It's amazing how taking just a few minutes to be grateful can really put a positive spin on the rest of the day.
