Editorial Reviews

From Barnes & Noble

Thanks to people like the author of this book, our Acquisitive Society is finally waking up to its own excesses. Several years ago, former branding and marketing expert Cristin Frank founded of the Eve of Reduction website to curb our habitual waste of time, money, talent, space, and resources. Now this self-avowed Reduction Rebel takes the next great step forward to help readers simplify their lives. Living Simple, Free & Happy contains 10 upcycling tutorials and 5 do-it-yourself projects for your home; but make no mistake; this is not a book of "neat projects." This is a lifetime course in transforming who you are and where you live.

    Title says it all

Author chronicles her journey overcoming all the things that would choke out a more care-free life. An honest look at herself, her personal experience encourages the reader to take a look at themselves. Try reading the sample, you will know immediately if for you. Very straightforward, easy read and although the circumstances may differ from yours, principles for living a simpler life are all there. Lots of practical ideas the reader can easily implement for themselves. Caveat: if you're willing!
