    Awesome book!!!

This book is fantastic. If you want to center yourself and see that you are not always the problem, don't have to be the fixer of every situation in life, and learn to trust and relax in knowing that God will take care of you and them, this is the book to read. It's helped me to see that I can't always solve the problems and I'm not always the problem to someone else. The faith chapter is the greatest. It helped me in seeing that God is there and I'm not alone.

They're out there, how do we deal ?!

This has become a required reading for our family. The author's idea that, 'it only takes one' to change a relationship is our keystone to success.

    You can survive!

This book gives me hope. It also provides practical tools to use in a relationship with difficult, irrational and volitile people. I have bought copies for friends who are at the end of the line with certain family members or co-workers. You can survive and actually be able to remain calm in a conflict.

Life 101: Beautifully writen a guide for us all.

Loved this book. It is real and realistically hits every corner of anyones life; no matter what the situation. I find that anyone reading this book can use it as a guide, a foundation to living and understanding life and others around them.
Reading this book, helped me to get a better understanding of myself and others that I interact with, how I interact with them and how much influence a simple word, action can truly make a difference in my life and others.
