Living The Impossible

"The Lord chooses whom He chooses to accomplish whatever work needs to be done regardless of how insignificant they may feel. He is looking for people who are willing to step out of their comfort zone and be obedient to His call regardless of the impossible."
"...The purpose of the fire is to drive out what is unrighteous. The carnal way of thinking will be burnt up but you won’t; but as long as you refuse to change, you’ll be held to that fire until you decide to let go what is flammable."
"Having a sound mind also means you have self-control. When God’s power and love is absent in someone’s life, so is self-control. Put power and love together and you have self-control."
Life is a journey - a journey in which God spoke His Word and desires to "purpose" His Word in our lives; but it's up to us to surrender to His purpose regardless what we face. We have all been faced with some of life's impossibilities at one time or another; but there is always an answer to confront those seeming impossibilities: the surrender of our hearts to believe and speak God's Word regardless what we face. "For as a man thinketh in his heart, so is he." (Proverbs 23:7)

About the Author

Author Daniel Rodriguez served as a second-generation pastor with the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel in San Diego, California and in Portland, Oregon. Daniel has a unique background and heritage by not only growing up in the Foursquare denomination, but by being personally influenced by the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society. Five generations of his own family have been active Jehovah’s Witnesses since the 1920’s. His theological training was at LIFE Bible College, Los Angeles (now LIFE Pacific College). Years later, he earned a degree in the field of psychology. His emphasis in psychology is in Cult Thought Reform. Since 1985, Daniel has worked as a Cult Exit Counselor by helping Jehovah’s Witnesses exit the Watchtower organization and finding a meaningful relationship with Christ outside of the Watchtower Society’s influence. Daniel is the author of two books on the subject of Jehovah’s Witnesses: Winning The Witnesses, and The Watchtower’s Coming Crisis (both available at www.chick.com). More books on the subject of Jehovah’s Witnesses are soon to be published as e-book. Aside from his work with Cult members, Daniel is also an orchestral arranger/composer and concert pianist. Daniel played professionally as a concert musician for six years. Daniel’s interests also include linguistics: Aside from being fluent in English, Daniel enjoys learning other languages. He speaks, reads, and writes in German and Japanese. He presently resides in El Paso, Texas.
