If you are a fan of the other "Dummy" books, this one does not disappoint. The chapters can be read in any order and is useful for the new or inexperienced vegan. There are some delicious recipies and the many web sites and other resources listed provide additional information. This book is a keeper...don't lend it out or you might not get it back!
