I thought maybe a little more of his life story. Maybe how he personally got well. Maybe this book would include some recipes. None of that. It read like an outline to his talk show making points about a checklist of things you should do to eat better, except there is no guest. Im a bit dissapointed.

Montel manages to keep the book from being too dry. While a little preachy at times, it delivers a good message and breaks everything down into realistic lifestyle changes.

When it says that it can transform you life it really can. Excellent information and if applied it really can change your health and life. It's information that I will always remember.

There are so many books on nutrition that it gets confusing. Should we be vegetarians? Should we avoid everything white or packaged? Do I feed my children protein or complex carbohydrates for breakfast? With Montel's book, our family now enjoys juicing in the am, we have about ten variations of his Mean Green shake. We cook out of the Whole Foods Cookbook and take Montel's advice - If it doesn't sprout do without:). Montel, you made it all so simple and healthy - Thank you!

I've always heard that good nutrition was the best thing for you,but I never new I could loose weight by eating more vegetables.I am a true beleiver in Montel's plan. My husband and I started eating more fruits and vegetables after buying the 'Jack La Lane' juicer.After one week I lost five pounds and my husband lost eight. Thank you Montel for showing others how to be succesful.Diets don't work,but this works great! and I'm speaking from experience.

I can't wait to dive into this book -- it's long overdue. I've been an admirer of Montel for years and have particular admiration for his struggle to stay healthy in the face of MS - - and to fight the symptoms with healthy, natural methods.
