His latest book is Living with Co-occurring Addiction and Mental Health Disorders: A Handbook for Recovery. The author of fourteen books, he lives in Minneapolis.

Mark McGovern, Ph.D., is an associate professor of Psychiatry and of Community and Family Medicine at Dartmouth Medical School, specializing in the treatment of co-occurring substance use and psychiatric disorders. He is an author of the Hazelden Co-occurring Disorders Program, designed for professionals in treatment and mental health. Living with Co-Occurring Addiction and Mental Health Disorders: A Handbook for Recovery is his latest book. He lives in New Hampshire.
