This yoga video presents a good idea...but falls short of achieving it well. The PM section is good. However, the AM video with Rodney Yee is too easy and he goes through the poses too quickly to really be of use to you. He gives few to no recommendations on how to hold the poses and interrupts your meditation at the end--very annoying. Its like he's trying to sell the video (hello, I've already bought it). The PM video with Pamela is much better. She explains the poses well and holds them for a useful amount of time. Her routine is still low impact--good for the beginner to intermediate practicer. My last criticism is that two VHS cassettes aren't necessary for the two sessions--its wasteful. They are short and could easily have been put on one tape.
