I came to this beautiful cookbook as an Olivia fan, but would have happily purchased it for the recipes alone. They combine simple ingredients in ways that give each dish (shown in large color photographs) great taste. And it's all healthy! Another winner for the talented Olivia, and for my family.

I love Olivia and fresh foods so this is a great cookbook. Some of the recipes use items( tofu) that I personally don't eat but you could easily substitute chicken if you wanted.
