    Good Book!!!

    This book has been a great help to me. I have a small catalog business and have struggled with shipping over the last couple of years. This book provides a real education -- just what I needed. The book is written in an easy to read, but very informative style that doesn't leave you head spinning for technobabble. The author has actually managed to make logistics and fulfillment interesting.

    Logistics and Fulfillment for E-Business

    A good book for the brave, smart, and bright eyed executive. If you, like me, are currently trying to bring your company to the Web but your executive staff and/or board don¿t quite ¿get it,¿ this book makes a good bolster, friend, and consultant you can send off to your executive team to help them. The book is a no nonsense guide to implementing a full logistics and fulfillment strategy and is easy for even a busy non-tech professional to understand.

    Logistics and Fulfillment for E-Business

    A great book that ties together the logistic and fulfillment with e-commerce and provides the information necessary to improve all areas of business. This book is essentially a 'how to' book that allows you to read and immediately apply what you¿ve learned. It provides a useable roadmap for improving your logistics and fulfillment management system and the author readily cites numerous examples of companies that have got it right. Contains very topical discussions, although some of the dotcoms mentioned have already taken a hit. This book does show that how the power of the Internet can change business processes.

    Logistics and Fulfillment for E-Business

    The book reads like a novel! It covers all the topics you could ever want when searching for logistics and fulfillment information but it does it in a very easy to read, informative manner. The author never 'loses' you in technospeak although logistics and fulfillment is in itself a very technical area. If you want to better grasp what the Internet can do to ease logistics and fulfillment management buy this book.

    Logistics and Fulfillment for E-Business

    A very well-thought out book that reflects the author's extensive research. What I found most intriguing about the book was that the author has drawn a blueprint for any enterprising company such as i2 Technologies, SAP, Baan, Oracle to take the next step ¿ design of a full scale logistics and management system. There are bits of the book which could have been left out, at points I felt it was over long. At the same time, I can truly state that the book is well written and definitely worth the read. The author takes logistics and fulfillment out of the narrow connotation many e-commerce companies place it ¿ order processing and delivery of the goods ¿ to where it belongs ¿ the value chain. I take my hat off to the author!
