Meet the Author

Carol Grace was born with wanderlust. She was raised in Illinois but longed to go other places so she spent her junior year in college at the Sorbonne in Paris. After grad school in L.A. she went to San Francisco to work at the public TV station where she met her future husband.

At KQED she was the switchboard operator and did on-the-air promos (in French) for her idol, Julia Child, thus proving to her parents that French was a useful major after all.

She left TV and went on board the hospital ship Hope for 3 voyages — Guinea, Nicaragua, and Tunisia. Then after finally marrying, she and her husband went to Algeria and Iran to work. They loved the excitement of living abroad but eventually came back to California to raise their two children in their mountain-top home overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Carol says that writing is another way of making life exciting.

    Good story

The story was good, but needed to be proof read before it was printed. There were too many errors.

    I Also Recommend:

    Sweet

Mandy Clayton answers a personal ad in Yukon Man magazine titled "LONELY MILLIONAIRE" on a dare made by her sister Laurie. The Lonely Millionaire's real name is Jack Larue and he's in search for a wife. Months of correspondence pass between the two and unbeknownst to Mandy, most of all the correspondence written to her from Jack was actually written by his friend Adam Gray. Now Adam suddenly has appeared at Mandy's bed and breakfast to secretly check out the potential bride-to-be in person. I thought this was a sweet romantic read and I loved the chemistry between Adam and Mandy. A quick read at just under 350 pages.

    4 1/2 stars

This was a really good read. 350 pages long. No sex scenes just a few makeout scenes so appropriate for young adults too. Really great story and I loved the characters. My only problem which kept this from being a 5 star was the weird grammatical errors. Words were changed with other words which didnt even come close tpo being a simple mistake. Maybe the author wrote this with a writing software that reads handwriting and changes it to text? Thats the only reason I could see for the mistakes. The software must have messed some words up. All in all a great read though!

    Couldn't stop reading!

If you love a good clean love story, this is for you. I found I couldn't put it down and enjoyed reading it. Easy reading and good fantasy of love finding you unexpectedly.

    Decent read

I have mixed feelings about this book. It was a decent read but very far fetched (even for a romance novel). It was hard to connect with the main characters because it jumped so fast into the story right from the beginning. The many many typos were extremely annoying and could have easily been prevented with even a child proof reading it. Once I started reading it I did want finish it. Even with mixed feelings I do still recommend it, but prepare yourself for the aggravation of the typos.

    Gd story bad writing

Nothimg more frustrating than reading a story that has so many mispelling u have to guess at what alot of the words were supposed to be. Good story line though.
