    frustrating

    I thought that I bought the book not a sample, I only got a few chapters, is frustrating because you are left in the middle (not even the middle) of the intrigue and ends up in the middle of a blank page

    This was a fun novella with adventure and danger. Parmelia is a heroine in my mind and Darrick is a hero. He should have written to her, but he's finally back and just in time. If you enjoy Civil War Tales or romance, this is for you,
