I first got this book a year and half ago, when it first came out - did the diet and exercise plan and lost 30+ pounds and lost 5 inches. Had to replace my book after "my dog ate it" and am doing the diet again. I'm hoping to get rid of the last 20 pounds this time. The best part is I kept the 30 pounds off and it changed my eating habits for the better. Definitely try it! You'll like it!

I bought this book and attempted the two-day cleanse outlined before beginning the diet program. After the first day I felt weak, starved and sick. I understand that a cleanse is in a way supposed to do this, but I think it is very intense, and probably is not good for beginners that are looking to lose weight. I would have preferred a more gradual cleanse program, or none at all. The rest of the book is very informative and has good recipes and exercises. I think that the whole thing is very well-informed, but it requires a very strong commitment and a willingness to change lifestyle. I wish there was a network of face-to-face meetings one could attend in order to receive support while doing this program.

I found this book to be very informative and helpful.  I'm not typically one looking for "beauty" advice or make-up tips, but it was certainly food for thought.  Most importantly, it changed the way that I thought about food and eating.  It is a sound program that follows the recommended guidelines of eating throughout the day, increasing protein at every meal, etc.  I did it for 6 weeks and lost weight/felt more confident.  I'm about to go for round two.  Thanks LBN!!

This book is very informative and it appears it would help where it says it will. It gives pointers on how to look good immediately and long term. It has menus which should be do able. The exercises would probably work but there are some I can't do so I need an alternate. It has inspired.

Entertaining and motivating! This book is full of a variety of good tips for looking your best...naked. Exercises, food tips, skincare, confidence boosters, etc... I like the Women's Health books.

Sure it takes a lot of will power, but I actually look forward to my workouts and the meals in this book. Bonus: tips on shaving and makup! What a fantastic buy!
