About the Author

Becky Andrews is a licensed clinical mental health counselor and the clinical director of Resilient Solutions, Inc. the private practice she and her husband established in 2006. Becky's therapy work specialized in supporting clients with grief, loss and life transitions. She is also a certified positive psychology life coach focusing on helping clients implement strategies and habits for more fulfilling lives. She has a master's degree from Utah State University and additional training from the University of UTah. She was named Wasatch Woman of the Year in 2011 and received the National Mother of Achievment Award from American Mothers, Inc in 2013. Becky and Steve have tandem biked thousands of miles around the western United States. Becky has run six marathons, including NYC and Boston Marathon. Married for 32 years, Becky and Steve have two adult children.
