For me, this was the best book of the series. It had the best of previous books plus a deeper level of emotion that sucked me right into Rafe's issues. This was a story of acceptance--the characters had to accept their lives would always be different and acceptance from friends and family as well . It struck the right balance of heart, drama, sexiness, attitude. Altogether a wonderfully well-written and emotionally engaging story.

Just amazing. This book was the last of the Pembrook Lords. And must i say that this book was simply amazing. Not only would i say that this book is worth buying but all three " Lost Lords of Pembrook" books are worth buying ( book 1: She Tempts the Duke. Book 2: Lord of Temptation. Book 3: Lord of Wicked Intentions) All of the brothers journeys will captuer you heart.
And in truth these books just makes you wish the you could be: Mary, Anna, and Eve.

I have read all three of the Lost Lords of Pembroke books, and this is my favorite (followed by Sebastian's story, then Tristan's). This could be read as a standalone book, but it will be all the more sweeter if you read the series in order. Rafe and Evelyn are perfectly matched. I laughed and I cried while I read this one. It was a very satisfying ending to the series. And while I am sad that the series is over, the epilogue was sweet and real and lovely. I wholeheartedly recommend Lord of Wicked Intentions.

Hardening him against his family and all those around him, the virginal Evelyn Chambers scares the heck out of him.
Evelyn Chambers is the illegitimate daughter to nobility. Sheltered from the world by her father, she has no life experience. So when her father suddenly dies and her brother sells her to the highest bidder she is unprepared for what life lies ahead. Rafe saves Evelyn from the perversions of the Lords but has his own plans to make her his mistress.

I’m a sucker for a wounded hero and Rafe is the epitome of a wounded and tormented hero. His character is perfectly balanced by his polar opposite Evelyn, the naive virgin. Lord of Wicked Intentions enveloped me into the story and kept me there till the end. Emotionally gripping with the perfect amount of suspense, Lord of Wicked Intentions was a amazing historical romance adventure you won’t want to miss.
