Sawyer. Morgan. Gabe. Jordan. Lori Foster's books sizzle with sexual tension and this quartet of hunky Buckhorn brothers is no exception!
Sawyer, Morgan, Jordan and Gabe are the hunks of Buckhorn, KY, and every singe female knows it. Each brother has his own book in which to fall in love with the one woman who just happens to be his perfect mate. What more could you ask for in a romance novel. This is not heavy ready, but it's not supposed to be. Be still my heart. Lori Foster writes sexy, hot loves scenes without seeming too trashy. Read Enticing next to get Casey's story.

I read one of Foster's short stories in a compilation, and liked her style. I checked out the glowing reviews and bought this bundle. I think reading them right in a row does the author a bit of a disservice; I am sure that spaced out, descriptions of how they all hang out in the kitchen wearing nothing but low riding jeans unbuttoned at the top in the sweltering Kentucky heat are provocative. Here it struck me as repetitive, and the sexiness of the image was undermined by how often it was used.
The first book was OK. Sawyer is dreamy, but his love interest is a "strong woman" who is running from a danger that's contrived and virtually non-existent. Her strength seems to lie in her foot stamping and chin tilting, rather than any of her actions or decisions. I moved on to Morgan, the second book and my favorite brother, and once again he fell for another foot stomping, chin tilting "strong woman" who wasn't that strong at all. The farce is that these women are described as being able to take care of themselves, although there's no evidence of that, but the Hudson brothers know better, are stronger and steamroll over these ladies who sigh and simper. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to sigh and simpler, but by the third book I found them all annoying. The fourth book just ticked me off. Another "strong" woman who needs to be saved by a a Hudson.

I loved the individual stories of the men, but more than that the way that all of the stories flowed together seamlessly. I am so glad that I bought this bundle and will definitely read all of the stories again!

This was a fantastic series, all the stories were great, especially Sawyer and Morgan's. I only wish they were longer, would love to read more about them all. They're great honorable men and women with plenty of steamy romance.

This is a wonderful series about the four brothers of Buckhorn, Kentucky. I loved the close relationship between the Hudson brothers. I think Sawyer had the most interesting story, followed by Morgan's. Gabe's and Jordan's stories were simpler, but still really good. Lori Foster made the female characters really good matches for each brother. I've reread this bundle many times and still finish with a sigh. Highly recommended!
