I purchased your cookbook this past week... I LOVE it! I have many, many "diet" cookbooks and haven't made one recipe from them. I have already made 3 of yours. I have your beer chili in the crockpot, made a batch of applesauce and waiting to enjoy a breakfast cookie in the morning! Everything looks so delicious and best of all... easy to make!! Thank you for all your hard work!
