I decided to read this to use for a project on Obesity and Weight Regulation and there are so many things I dislike here. First, if you are going to publish something, please edit your grammar errors. It will make you much more believable and not tick off the reader. Secondly, when you are mentioning all these studies, cite from them and give actual evidence that your statements are true. For example, you can easily say that watermelon is low in fat and calories. Yes, because it is a fruit, but it also has a very high sugar content which you say to avoid later on. You need to support your statements effectively or else you're eventually going to have people believe false ideas about certain foods, etc.
