    You should know that like most women I too have struggled with my weight for the better part of my life. After successfully losing 39 pounds using another diet solution, I found myself drawn to this book to help me maintain that weight loss. This book has proven to be so informative. For anyone new to this, Ms. Smith will answer a lot of questions that you have from eating, supplements to exercising. (A lot of this information, unfortunately, I already learned from my last book!) But, she also gave me so many more great tips on how to eat healthy without being deprived. The book is an easy read and is very inspiring to someone who needs help to lose the weight. I have already passed the book on to others at work!
