The last thing I remember is having drinks at Brady's and trying to avoid eye-contact with my life-long crush-the gorgeous, unattainable Maximilian Hallowell. They tell me that was a year ago, but I have no memories of anything since then. What I do have is this ring on my finger that Max says he gave me, and this much-thinner body I've dreamed of most of my life. Aside from a case of retrograde amnesia, everything seems almost...perfect.
But the deeper I immerse myself into this new world of mine-planning a wedding to a man I don't remember dating, attempting to run a business I don't remember starting-the clearer it becomes that nothing is as it seems. Do I have the life I've always wanted or is it a facade propped up by secrets I don't even know I have?
I need answers before I marry Max, and the only person who seems to have them is the angry, tatted, sexy-as-sin rocker Nate Crane. And Nate wants me for himself.
Lost in Me is not a standalone novel, as the story continues in Here and Now book two, FALL TO YOU, releasing in June.

You're kidding me right. You've got to be freaking kidding me!! I want to scream! I want to cry! I wanted to throw my kindle but that's
expensive. My hearts racing, my mouth still hanging open. WTH!!! Lexi Ryan I'm pissed at you. Seriously pissed. Like not in a good
but still in a good way.
Lost in Me is brilliant by the way. Man I love when authors make me FEEL. Especially these kinds of feels. But....dammit!!!!
Okay so this story is a total mystery. Like sit on the edge of your seat and mindlessly eat buckets and buckets of buttered laden
popcorn that magically keeps refilling on it's own. Cause you don't budge. Not until you've DEVOURED every single word in this
book. I probably gained 10lbs reading this book and it's not that long of a book.
Geez, so I guess I should say more. Let's see, Hanna wakes up in the hospital with amnesia. Oh and she's skinny. Yea she
wasn't skinny in her last remembered memory which is like a year before. Oh and she's engaged to Max. But she doesn't even
remember dating him. Then she finds out a bit later that she was also seeing Nate. Oh and Max and Nate are hella sexy.
Max owns a gym and Nate's a rocker. Both apparently have it bad for Hanna who also owns a business, a bakery. Things are
so confusing to Hanna and I'm not going to give anything away cause YOU NEED TO EXPERIENCE THIS MIND TRIP.
There were some real issues though in this book that I totally got and thought the author explained brilliantly. Like what it's like to
be "fat" and even when you're not "fat" you still feel "fat". Low self esteem, mangled with what you deem out of reach guys, throw in
catty girls and well it's a big ole mess in your brain. Lexi Ryan nails all those thoughts and feelings perfectly.
But I'm still sitting here fuming (in a good way) because of the ending. I totally thought it was going to be a cliff-hanger. I just had
no idea it was going to be THAT!!!!!! OMG I'm more confused than I was before. I can't...I mean...I don't...UGH I need the next book!!!!
This was my first Lexi Ryan book. Obviously I'll be back for more cause this isn't it for me. I'm not going to be satisfied till I know what
happened, why it happened, how it happened, and who did it!!! Way to go Lexi, you've gained a new FAN GIRL!!

I couldn't put this book down until I finished it. What Hanna is going through is heartbreaking. I love both Max and Nate, I can understand why Hanna is struggling. I love that we still have all the other characters here from the other series, I always hated to say goodbye to them. I already have the 2nd book ready to start right now. I'm anxious for Hanna to start getting her memory back. Great book by Lexi Ryan!

Well written, very interesting plot, (there may be a tad bit more raunchy in the sex scenes for my personal taste), but I think this first book leaves to many unanswered questions, a little confusing.

I thoroughly enjoyed Lexi Ryan's New Hope series. (Especially Cally and Will's story.) I was really looking forward to this spinoff and I wasn't at all disappointed!
I wasn't sure how it would work with the main character having amnesia, but it was great! Hanna was fantastic and easy to relate to – minus the whole amnesia thing. She was real and believable. A girl with self-esteem and body issues, she wakes up in the hospital with selective memory loss, engaged to the guy she'd had a crush on for years and with seemingly, all of her dreams coming true. As she uncovers more about her life, she realizes there's more to *everything* than meets the eye and maybe, just maybe, she wasn't as happy as she thought she was. In addition to her loving fiancé, it appears she has a boyfriend on the side and the two couldn't be more different. Hello love triangle! (But it wasn't an annoying one.) :)
Lost in Me was a fantastic journey of self-discovery. It had sweet and sexy moments. The chemistry between Hanna and Max was good, but it didn't begin to compare to the electricity between her and Nate. Yowza. Things were seriously intense between them. There were several moments in this book where I literally gasped. The plot twists and turns definitely kept me interested in this book. It was a quick read. I had an emotional connection to Hanna. I wanted her to regain her memories and find a way to be *truly* happy.
If you plan to read this book, avoid spoilers like the plague. Seriously. I ended up having the biggest of the big reveals ruined for me because someone was irresponsible on Facebook. (Tag your spoilers as such, folks. I shouldn't see them in my inbox notifications without even opening the message!) That could have easily ruined my experience with the book, but the characters, writing and unique plot wouldn't allow that to happen. I was still utterly enamored with the Hanna's story. This one ends with one heck of a cliffhanger and I'll be waiting with baited breath until the second book is released!

As much as I hate authors who get you all in to a story and leave you hanging, I can't seem to resist this. I love what I've read so far and will just have to move in to the next book. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.

Where do i start? Makes me want to scream! Big cliffhanger at the end. Although i kind of figured that because this is the first book in series. That being said, i hated max's character. I think hes a idiot and is just using hanna. I had to skim over alot of the pages with hanna and max. I really dont think im going to read the next book in this series. Ive read the reviews and it seems like the next book is all about max not nate. So ehhhh not reading it.Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
