This magazine makes me want to move to Louisiana. I love the recipes.
Love this magazine... lots of wonderful recipes.. the real deal.. some old and some with a new twist on old favorites. Food like my Gram used to make, she was raised there!
I saw this magazine at it 3rd publishing and I immediatly fell in love with this one. I fell even more in love when I leared it was written about recipes, chefs and restaurants of New Oleans and all of Louisiana My mother is Italian and French New Orleans My dad is Irish and French, German and Welch New Oleans The French bein the most, then Italian and Irish and German This means I have every original recipe from my mother and grandmas' when recipes and cuisine started in New Orlans. I can say this much. IT truly AUTHENTIC! For the ones not born and raiaed here or from out of town this is the magazine for you. I've traveled to many places and NO cuisine is better then New Orlenas. New Orleans and Louisian has the tastiest and best cuizines in the world. I collec these for my kids. thank you, terri
