About the Author

Amanda is a Kentucky native who graduated from The University of Louisville with a Degree in Communications. She has spent the last decade as a stay-at-home mama. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Amanda is a homegrown cook and baker, loves stopping to smell the roses, watching sunsets and taking walks along the beach.
