Meet the Author

Winnie Griggs grew up in Louisiana in an area her friends considered the back of beyond. She and her siblings explored overgrown lots, cut jungle trails, built forts and camps, and looked for pirate ships on a nearby bayou.

She found her own Prince Charming wearing the guise of a rancher - his steed is a tractor and his kingdom a rural community where they’re still living out their own happily-ever-after.

You can learn more about Winnie at winniegriggs.com

Rachelle McCalla writes books with kissing, praying, and dead bodies. She is a pastor’s wife, mother of four, and holds a Master of Divinity degree. When she is not writing, she can be found sneaking vegetables into her kids’ food. Sometimes she even sneaks vegetables into her books. That may explain why her readers have such a healthy glow. You can learn more about Rachelle, her books, and her sneaky vegetable recipes on her Web site, rachellemccalla.com.

Rhonda Gibson lives in New Mexico with her husband James. She has two children and three beautiful grandchildren. Reading is something she has enjoyed her whole life and writing stemmed from that love. When she isn’t writing or reading, she enjoys gardening, beading and playing with her dog, Sheba. You can visit her at rhondagibson.net Rhonda hopes her writing will entertain, encourage and bring others closer to God.

Shannon Farrington is a former teacher with family ties to both sides of the Civil War. She and her husband have been married for over 20 years, have two children, and are active members in both their church and community.

When Shannon isn't researching or writing, you can find her knitting, gardening or participating in living history reenactments. She and her family live in Maryland.
