Love: What Life is All About

( 9 )

Overview

This book is about love. What it is and what it isn't. It is about you—and about everybody who has ever reached out to touch the heart of another. Among many other lessons of the heart, Leo Buscaglia reminds us: Love is open arms. If you close your arms about love you will find that you are left holding only yourself.

    A must read

I have a copy of the 1985 printing, I permantly borrowed from my mom when I was going thru my divorce back in 1998, This book shines a new light on a subject we all know little about, I have read 3 other of his books and every one seems to just as good as the last. If you don't have any of Leo's books, what are you waiting for???

    gift from grandma

this book has been sitting in a box of things i was given when my grandmother died. When i finally went through the box and found the book, i started reading and couldn't put it down. I bought copies for my two best friends. Going through a tough time in my first year of college, this book came at the right time in my life. Grandma always did have good timing. This book is fabulous. a must read for those who need a lift, or a change in their prespectives.

    a gem for all ages

I first bought this book in paperback form at a Goodwill store for 25 cents. I have since read it many times and bought many copies to give as gifts to friends with whom I want to share this very positive, uplifting book. You can't help but smile while reading this gem for all ages.

    This book changed me!

I did not discover this book till 3 years ago [when I was in the 10th grade] by accident. It taught me the many meanings of love. I learned how to love another person and that it is okay to feel a certain way. I will admit though that the book was actually stolen from me. That is way I had to by another copy. You would want to read this book over and over again. It seems to never get old or boring. I hope that this book will help others as much as it did for me.
