This charming book is about being reminded that love can be found everywhere from a plumbing emergency to a caring grocery clerk. We get gently reminded that many times we forget that we have already found love whether in the throes of a vicious tornado or worries about a future empty nest scenario. Then there are those occasions when love surprises us like outside a bank, my personal favorite, or even when a person's eyesight is clouded. This book is written simply with great elegance of words.

    Highly Recommended

    "Love Lessons" is a wonderful collection of short stories by Evelyn David. Each story shows us that love can happen when we least expect it and in the most unlikely places. "Love Lessons" also reminds us that love is expressed not only in words, but in our actions/gestures. Meeting someone for the first time, reuniting with a high school sweetheart, picking up the pieces after a storm, brininging life into the world, and the love between a parent and a child - these are just some of the love lessons we experience when reading this wonderful collection.
