    Good short stories

These are neat short stories that have nothing to do with one another. Good reading though

First 3 reads were 5 stars

Loved the first 3 stories, but couldn't get into the last 2 at all. Worth the money for the first 3 alone.

    2 out 3 aren't bad

Books 1 & 2 were really enjoyable. Book 1 was great! Very developed plot, interesting characters. Will read author again. Book 2, I had actually read before and had enjoyed it. Book 3 one word... Bad! Book 4, I loved it. Very cute story. Yes, the lead character is extreme, but putting that aside, many laughs. Book 5, was a wash. Poorly developed plot, not very strong characters. Overall a really good collection.

    Nice collection

Enjoyed all of the stories. Although in the second to last one the female lead was quite annoying. Cheap read. Sweet and enjoyable. Thanks...

    Ok for price

I enjoyed most of these stories - light, quick romances are great summer reading.

I did have a problem with Ms Leclaire's contribution, though. I'm a born and raised Coloradoan who has had plenty of contact with rural folk (both mountain and plains) as well as having met quite a few Texans. I've NEVER heard ANY of them talk in the supposedly down-home, folksy "voice" this author gives them unless they were hamming it up or making fun. Sorry, Day...people around here don't talk - much less think - like that. It's like me assuming everyone in Maine is fixated on "lobstas" or that all Californians are beach bums...rather insulting!
(Also, howinhell did your herione make it to age 24 with such a screwed up self and world view?)

Cute, but glad I didn't pay much for the collection.

Some good, some meh in this bundle.

Who doesn't love the thought of a cowboy riding in the wind on a horse? That was the reason I purchased this bundle.

First couple books were good, the next couple were....ok. Still well worth the 99 cents I paid! I admit I skipped one book after the 2nd chapter which sounded too far fetched but other than that, they were good.
