Overview

Cassie Edwards left small town Love, Texas as fast as she could after turning 18, vowing never to return. It wasn't easy to grow up the daughter of the town kook! She turned her back on everyone and everything in Love, including her mother, to make a life for herself as a businesswoman in Houston. Until the day her job forces her back...

On orders from her land-speculator boss, she must negotiate the sale of a strip of land owned by the Taylors, an influential ranch-and-town family. The deal should be quick and easy because the ranch was in dire need of money. Yet was anything ever easy for Cassie where Love, Texas was concerned?

Hard-working rancher Will Taylor had too many worries at present to let himself become involved with a woman. A feuding grandfather and great-uncle, a lost lease, mounting debts... The world seemed to rest on his shoulders. But after barely remembering Cassie at first, he soon couldn't get her out of is mind. How could he, when the lovely Cassie was occupying a room just down the hall from his in the family home?

** Love, Texas is a sweet (clean) romance **

TOOK ME AWHILE TO FEEL A CONNECTION TO OUR H/h. But, I am glad

TOOK ME AWHILE TO FEEL A CONNECTION TO OUR H/h. But, I am glad I stayed with it, because it was a very sweet, clean love story, that built slowly, with great secondary character's. I feel in love with Will and his family, but Cassie took me awhile to feel a connection. The town of LOVE, TEXAS, is a small, friendly town. If you ever lived in a small town, it will remind you of Love, Texas. Everyone knows your business, which can be a curse and a blessing. This story is about misunderstanding, lack of communication that can happen to any family. I bought the bundle for $.99 which was a great deal, To Love A Cowboy. (ljb)

    Sweet romance

Nice story and romance without all the heavy sex. Sometimes that's just not needed. Looking forward to more.
