This book gets to the root of my problem. Instead of looking at my weight and diets, it concentrates on what's going on underneath that drives me to food. The most practical book I've ever read on the subject.

This book has a lot of great biblical information about how we should treat ourselves, how to think and how that goes with how we should eat. It really helped me change how I view my eating habits... I'd say that the only down side was that it wasn't very specific with any particular eating plans but if you're not looking for that, this book will really help you out! It makes you realize that eating should not be to make you feel good and that food is not something we should be always thinking about. This book will help any Christian who struggles w/ eating in some way or another.
